It's Monday already?

Hi everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend!
We did a lot of napping this weekend while the servants were busy. They trapped 4 kitties Friday night for Saturday's clinic. The clinic was for 10-15 cats, but the trapping teams were only able to get 8. Two of the kitties are in our pink room for post-op and will be released this afternoon. Their names are June Bug and Lenora and they are both young females. No kittens for them, yay!Gretchen has come by for food every night around 10:00 or 11:00pm! We think she is living in the culvert between our yard and the next door neighbor. The servants are able to stay out on the porch and talk to her while she eats and she doesn't run away! We just wish she would hang out longer or even eat during the day, but she's still not that comfortable yet.

Awwwww Great to see the lovely Gretchen!! Me and Charlie also hope that she'll be brave enough to come over during the day - but she's there so that's brilliant!

And well done with the trapping and neutering - brilliant news all round. Hugs and purrs to Lenora and June Bug - gorgeous names!

take care

Yippee, pictures from the new camera and best of all, a picture of Gretchen. At least she is still there which is terrific. We are excited.
And good job getting those 8 kitties. It is so great that they will not be having any kittens. You guys do such a good job getting these cats fixed.
Have a great week.

It makes me so happy to hear of kitties getting spayed and neutered. I feel like for every "unwanted" kitten that does not get born into this world, that makes more room for another kitty to find a Forever home. One day, every cat will have a loving Forever home. I just know it!

GREAT job at the clinic this weekend. Getting 8 neuter/spayed is fantastic.
Wonderful news that Gretchen is coming for food. At least she knows she can depend on food from you and has made a small step to return.
We've had 7" of rain since Friday. I hear you all are dry as a bone. Good grief...water water everywhere and not a drop to drink!!!

This is all great news - tell your humans to keep up the good work!

Gretchen may be a bit of a hard case, but with patience, I'm sure things will work out.

That is really GREAT news! Your hard work is paying off and so many cats will be healthier. YES!!!=^Y^=

Your beans do such wonderful and much needed work for the feral kitties. We were feral kittens once, Moe and I. Moe was tamed first and I was last of four and the only girl. One night I decided to come into the house all on my own. Perhaps Gretchen will do this too.

Purrs,
Mindy

Wow, It may be scary for those feral kitties to be trapped & drugged, but an even scarier thought is having too many mouths to feed & not enough food! Please tell your "servants" they are doing a wonderful job! Yay!!

We hope Gretchen gets more comfortable & comes to visit during the day!

Happy Monday!!
