Pawprints On My Heart

The lady here....
We haven't been around much and it's all my fault. There's been a lot going on here with the cat project and trapping and art. I'm having time management issues.....there simply aren't enough hours in a day. I bet everyone out there can relate! I am so happy because this is the first weekend I've had "off" for a while now, so hopefully I can get some much needed housework done and love lots on the kitties, who I'm sure are feeling neglected.

Of course, the kitties are helping with the art projects......Maizy gave this one her "stamp of approval!" That's what I get for painting at the busiest piece of furniture in the house..... the kitchen counter! LOL
And somehow I was able to get this chocolate lab portrait done for a relative who is giving it to her stepdad for his 60th birthday. It's his beloved dog, Meg.

I'd like to think things are going to slow down soon, but kitten season is here! Hopefully, we'll see a reduction in kittens this year due to the TNR work we did last year and earlier this year.

Thanks to everyone for the birthday wishes for Maizy, Ferris and Maggie May this week.....much appreciated and we love you all!

Well, hope everyone has a fantastic weekend!

dear friend, do you do art for people that request it? my mom's birthday is coming up in may, and her beloved eskie Isis is going to be 9 this year. She has lots of trouble with walking around and our mom fears how long miss isis might be with us. She would love to maybe discuss with your mom having a portrait done! we would gladly pay you.

Our mewmie knows what you mean about time management issues, and she read that Mango's mewmie is feeling like our mewmie too.

Now that she follows so many blogs (like 300) it's hard to fit in comments and visits and sometimes she feels like it's a chore and even squeezes visits in at work...but she can't bring herself to delete many...

I am sure she will figure out what's right and not furget to give us time, too!

I can certainly relate to not having enough hours in the day! If you find a stash of extra hours, let me know where so I can get some, too! :)

I sympathise. My miewmie is spending far too much time in the garden and I'm being grossly neglected.
