On Tuesday, the lady and man drop trapped the momma cat they were unable to get for the big clinic a few weeks ago. They were so happy when she finally went in the trap! She and 2 other kitties (male and female) went in for spay/neuter on Wednesday and have been recovering in our pink room. Yesterday morning the lady woke up to the aroma of highly potent mancat urine! The house needs a good airing out!Trapping resumes on Friday and Saturday for a clinic on Sunday. They are hoping for 10-15 more. So far for 2010, 79 homeless cats have been spayed/neutered and vaccinated by the BCCP!

Oh, don't worry about Maggie May's sweet little leg, she just sits like that because she thinks it comfortable. Just one of her many endearing qualities! So neat to hear Felix sits like that also. Must all be part of being in the naughty patella club!

WOW, 79 cats......great accomplishment! Just think.....all those kittens not being born to live in a harsh world.......that is great, also the kitties that get altered and spayed become stronger and there will be less fighting=^Y^=

Angel has a special leg, too. When we rescued her, she had an abscess on one hind leg. When she lays down, she has to get it in just the right position. It does not bother her any other time.
