Today is my 2nd Gotcha Day!
The pictures above are from my first week after being trapped and neutered two years ago. The servants built me an enclosure down in the garage after they received my positive FIV results and also so I could become acclimated to being indoors. After spending about a month in the enclosure, they moved me upstairs to my own suite in the house. That's right, I don't have to share my food and toys with anyone! It took me some time and a lot of feliway and rescue remedy to start enjoying being an indoor only kitty. Now I love it and would never want to go back outside again!
Here I am enjoying sun puddles on my belly while laying on my very own bed! Life is good!

And we're so glad to see an FIV+ kitty getting the care that all special kitties should get! Mom's beloved Snowflake was FIV+ but his actual bean was very neglectful of his medical needs and our bean could only do so much, and in the end she had to be the one to help him to the bridge. She still cries now and then all these years later. But it's when she sees kitties getting good lovin's and treatment that makes her feel better.
And by the way, thanks for pawticipating in our little competition!

You are a beautiful kitty-I am happy you have a safe home to call yours. We are also rescue kitties-apparently when we were born we were found outside and rescued. Mama never lets us outside-she had a stray before us that was 1/2 in and 1/2 out-unfortunately a car got her and when Mama rescued us she had to promise to keep us indoors-not that she needed any reminder of how dangerous outside is. We are two spoilt little children-we get new toys all the time and lots of belly rubs and scratches.
