Memorial Garden

I made this memorial garden for the ones who came before. There are 5 pets buried in this garden and they are marked by the stone pavers. There are also 2 pieces of driftwood that used to be in Buzz the iguana's enclosure. I rescued all the flowers off of Walmart's death row for 1/2 off.

Awwww this is a beautiful garden and memorial for friends now over the bridge! And well done you for rescuing the plants from Walmart's death row!! There are similar shops here with neglected plants for sale - poor plants!

Dixie dog is looking adorable!!
Take care

This is the most wonderful memorial garden. It is so sad to lose those we love. Our mom has little cedar boxes for my 3 sisters. Still brings a tear to our eyes.

Three earlier Funny Farmers are buried where we can see their graves but since Jan doesn't own the property, she didn't set up markers. She wished she could have.

That is a very nice memorial garden. Your daylilies are going to be very pretty when they bloom. Our front yard is full of them.

And we're so excited to see Gretchen socializing more.

What a sweet memorial garden. In our front yard, there's a little memorial place for a dog that lived here before we moved in.

Very, very nice and a wonderful idea! Most of the past furkids are here on this land, even from the other home because our beans bought it in 1995. Mom's very first kitty, Jaime who lived to almost 21 years is here too. She passed on in 2001, only 2 kitties are buried at the old house, Shadow and Toby. It's good that loved ones always live in our hearts too=^Y^=

A nice way to honor them! We have a pet cemetary under the cherry tree in our yard. It has a large rock, some impatiens, and a stone that reads, "Those we have held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever." Godspeed to all our precious ones who have left us.

Such a great way to pay tribute to them! Max will be gone a year this Thursday and I still don't have his stone out...hopefully I can do that this week. He's buried under a tree in the backyard. I'm planning on putting mulch around the tree and edging it with stone. I have lived in this house all my life...all that have gone to the bridge are behind the carport except Max. He'll be the only one with a marker.
