Major Slacker!

Hi everyone! Wow, have I been slackin' or what?! So sorry we've been M.I.A for so long. There has been an awful lot going on here and I sorta checked out for a bit. I'm afraid posting will still be sporadic for a while, but just wanted to check in and say HI! All the kitties and Dixie Dog are doing very well. Maggie May just had her yearly exam yesterday and she checked out wonderfully!

I've had to back off of a few things to keep my sanity-- fostering, the TNR group and blogging. Hopefully, I will get back into the swing of things soon. In the mean time, I'll leave you will a little bit o' Saylor! Enjoy :)

Ziggy and Sweetie are still here. I have asked Sweetie's potential adopter to give me a definite answer by today. She has been having some health problems, but really wants Sweetie. We shall see how that goes.

Ziggy will be going on Petfinder sometime this week. Unfortunately, my boss was unable to take him at this time. He will still be going to work with me everyday and stealing my office chair.

We had a clinic on Saturday and 16 more free-roaming cats were spayed/neutered and vaccinated!! Total for 2010 is 161!

Sorry I haven't been around much lately, been feeling pretty overwhelmed. Have a ton of stuff going on, but I will try to keep up with the visiting as much as possible.

Well, Saylor's 1st birthday is coming up on May 29th and we can't wait to celebrate! Saylor has been lighting up our lives with her amazing kitten spirit for nearly a year now and we can't imagine our home without her. Oh, and Gretchen showed up around 12:45am Wednesday morning! Yay!

Welcome To The Jungle - Movie Monday and Big News

This is the sequel to Saylor's You Spin Me Round movie. As you will see toward the end, Saylor has started dive bombing the other kitties, LOL!

***BIG HUGE NEWS***

We have big huge news! Saylor is now an official Creek Cat! The man's 30th birthday was yesterday and the lady surprised him with a Pink Floyd CD and Saylor's signed adoption agreement on Halloween cause she couldn't wait one more day! He was beyond thrilled! Welcome to the family, Saylor, you're the purrfect new addition!!!

Halloween would have been Cal's 11th birthday. Happy birthday at the bridge, Cal. We love and miss you!

P.S. 3 of Ladybug's 4 kittens were spay/neutered at the clinic over the weekend!! In all 39 cats were TNRed!! The lady was unable to help cause she was in bed all weekend. She feels much better now. Thanks so much for the healing purrs.
