The Twitter winner is @MissPoofy, a beautiful Himalayan "princess cat" from Illinois. She is a very dignified princess so she is not too silly but often dashes up and down the hall like a madwoman.
Our Blog winner is Tasha, a cute Tortie who blogs at and who burrows under clothes and waves a paw for help when she wants to come out.

1. We were all rescued from various places and situations and given a second chance at life.
2. We live on a creek! Even though we aren't allowed outside, unless on harnesses, we have wonderful views of the water and the occasional seagull. Not too mention bunnies, squirrels and other birds.
