I have printed off three copies of the English and Japanese versions of the letter to send to the 3 top officials (addresses are printed at the top of the English version of the letter). Won't you do the same? It costs about 98 cents to send a letter first class USPS internationally.

Is there a way we can email to them? We are sure that would get more "letters" to them.

I read yesterday that they were finally allowing rescuers into the zone to help the animals. Hope it's true.
WE heard the same thing as Julia. We, too, hope it is true. In any case, we will go and write a letter. Thanks for letting us know.
