Help! - Maggie May Movie

This is why Maggie May has her very own litter box upstairs
with no kitty doors to go through!

****Special Bulletin......We're Pissed****
Our servants will be leaving us bright and early Friday morning to go play in the bush gardens of Virginia. We have bushes here....... why can't they just play in the bushes in our yard? We've heard that the bush gardens in Virginia has a Big Bad Wolf and a Loch Ness Monster. Are they nuts? Well, thank goodness they aren't bringing us with them!
That's one scary looking monster!

Luckily, they will be coming home on Saturday morning. In the meantime, our man servant's mother will be feeding and scooping, but it just won't be the same. So. Not. Happy!

Wow! You really battled that door, Maggie May! We sometimes have issues with the bathroom door when coming back out, but usually whoever gets themselves trapped in calls for the others, who push the door from the other side. :)

ha ha! I'm laughing because most of us refused...absolutely refused to go through the swinging doors into the laundry room so now the doors are permanently propped up. Kitties 1, Mom 0.

Be glad they are not taking you on the scary rides!!! Maybe a good time to beg for extra treats.

Well that looks very confusing to me too! Hope your parents get home super fast!

Oh Maggie, i know just how you feel. Angel uses the cat door all the time but I have not quite got the right idea, yet. i paw at it ans bang it till a servant comes and opens it. They have been dropping it on my head so i will learn. It is more fun to make them come let me in.

Mow Kirby, you are just lazy. You can do it!>

We hope your people like bush gardens

Oh! This passage is very practical =)

My mom went to those gardens back in the 90s when she was teaching. She rode some of those monsters and said she would never do it again.

We can't believe we know a MOVIE STAR!!!!

Mishkat said...

That reminds me so much of our house! The cats sometimes don't use their brains at all...(and I know they have them!)

Have fun at Busch Gardens! Our brother-in-law thought it was "Bush Gardens" too and didn't want to go there until he figured out it was "Busch" as in Anheuser-Busch (= beer!)

The Monkeys said...

We hope your humans have fun and are safe on that monster!

At least it's only a day.

We think Maggie May is just pretending to be confused so she gets the luxury of her own litter box!

Milo and Alfie said...

Oh how could they abandon you? Espeshully when you already haff bushes in yur own garden? :sheesh:

Maggie, we think you are SO cute!

Anya said...

I don't have one of those doors :(
It likes fun !!

The Kitty Krew said...

Poor Maggie May - don't you hate when the beans think they know what's best for you? Silly beans.

Sorry you kids are being abandoned for the day. At least you'll still be fed, which is of course important. And at least it's only a day.

Purrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew

Poor Maggie, just sit and bang that pesky cat door 9000 times at night, this will help your humans understand what a nuisance it is
Tee hee.

PS: Hope they have a fun time with bushes and monsters.

We LUV Maggie May, the movie star....

and just think of all the fun while mom and dad are away....cuz it's really "When Mom and Dad are away, the cat/s will play!!!"

The Island Cats said...

Haha! Poor Maggie May! We don't think we'd know what to do with a cat door either...Ernie would just pee on the floor, I bet...

Sorry the servants are leaving yous...we hope they bring you back something...maybe the Loch Ness Monster???

Maggie, don't worry about it. All things that flap can be scary. When we were living with Papa, Mom wouldn't put in one of those doors for Camie (the woofie) to go out because she knew I (Tavi) would figure it out and be out like a flash. She didn't want to tempt me - mol.

LOL, very cute video of sweet little Magggie!!! I wish Theodore would use one of those things instead of me constantly letting him in and out of the house every five minutes... :-)

Maggie May, you do just fine!

We have 2 different types of cat doors - one like that one. Gandalf still doesn't like the rubber flap compared to the smaller plastic door. It doesn't matter either way to me. But we both use them, sometimes really slow and sometimes at light speed f we hear an askeery sound Outside!

I'm not afraid of bushes...but I am afraid of monsters.

Maggie May, you are such a little character! But that's a great idea for easy access to the litter box, if it works.

Reese =^..^= said...

I would like to try one of those doors. I was wondering if there'd be time for a house thrashing pawty while your purrsons are gone?

Laila and Angel Minchie said...

We knew you could do it Maggie May! You all know how to get back at the beans for abandoning you, right? hehehe!

Maggie May, thank you for making my mom laugh. It sure is not a good feeling when you have to pee so bad!

Thanks for your kind messages!!! And have a GREAT time on your little adventure!!
I can empathize on the 4 pages on cat instructions. I am freaking out about leaving for a week. I have a petsitter coming to take care of 4 of my cats and the front porch and back patio ferals. Then, my special needs kitty is going to the vet. 2 of my foster kittens are going to a vet tech's house. 1 of my kittens is going to her feral colony caretaker's house. And my adult foster is going to another cat lady. Good grief! The instruction lists are neverending and then packing bags of certain kinds of food and meds. It's insane...all i can do is laugh at what a crazy cat lady i have become! I will be SOOO happy to pass out at the beach.

Anyhoo, i'll be checkin' in with you when we get back. Wish were going to be a little bit closer to THE Creek so i could come meet you!

Purrs,
Carrie

How dare they leave you?! Good thing they'll be back soon!

And so glad Maggie May figured it out... that coulda been bad! :)

Love the video! That's exactly why I've never bought a litter box with a door on it. Knowing my boys, they block the door so someone couldn't get out of the litter box.

I know what you mean about leaving the kitties...and Dixie. I have a notebook in the kitchen with 3 pages of notes about what to do. I can't even imagine when I have human babies...I'd never be able to trust anyone with them! Have fun!

BeadedTail said...

You sure have to go through a lot to get to your box! Hope you don't ever have to wait until the last minute to go! We hope your mom and dad have fun but that they hurry home!

Anonymous said...

Ha! That proves our point that doors are NO GOOD! And what gall your servants have to go away and leave you. Make sure you scratch up some furniture and break something while they're gone. If you can find a jar of spaghetti sauce in one of the cupboards, it's great to push out......

Yay! Have fun in Busch gardens, slaves! And creek cats, you shouldn't be so hard on them. If you don't give them some time away then they'll be unhappy slaves and not work as well!

Poor Maggie! Isis had the same problem when my human pet installed a pet door to our litter room. I feel for you, little one.

I hope your humans have a great time at Bush Gardens!

I don't know why beans need doors, anyway!
Hope your servants have fun, and hope they don't have to go near that monster.

Whimpurr has been thinking about installing one of those doors into the garage so the potty boxes could be out there but she was afraid we kitties would get confused too! *purrs from Redfurd*
