Sweetie left us for Persian Rescue on Saturday. We were both so upset to see her go, but we know she is in wonderful hands. In fact, here is the email update we got on Saturday night....“The eagle has landed” approx 2 1/2 hours ago. Sweetie settled in without as much as blinking, I am really amazed. I have her in a room with my oldest girl and a shy 3-year-old, and there was no hiss, no nothing: she marched around, used the box, eat some, drank some, then curled up on one of the leather armchairs, as if she had decided, “okay guys, I am home now, let’s just all get along here, and I’ll be a good girl.”
