The outpouring of love and support during this very sad time has been wonderful and very much appreciated. It helps to read comments from friends and hear from others who have gone through the same thing. Chevelle was such a special girl and it's so nice to know you all thought the same way about her. I wish I was able to thank each one of you individually, but I can't. This is for all of you kind souls out there!!

I missed your other posts but am sending you many healing purrs, and want you to know I am very sorry for your loss.
While none of us can take the pain away, I have found that, in some small way, it does help to know that others understand. Especially if we are surrounded by other humans who don't "get it."
Continuing to send universal Light and Love, and the boys continue to send their purrs.
So many care and are with you in your loss. We are all still sending lots of healing light to you.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Chevelle. Know you all are in my thoughts and purrs as I know you are going through a hard time. Keep her close to you in your heart and thoughts. Furever she is free of the limitations that life can put on one.

loosing a friend is never easy, but comfort can be found in friends and those who have gone through it.

We've all been where you are...we share your tears. We know how munh Chevelle was...is...loved.

I think just about everybody in the kitty blogging community has been in the same paws as you at one time or another, so of course we understand how painful it is to lose one of the special ones.
It reallly is so difficult. One day your heart will smile with wonderful memories, it just takes way to long to get there. Hugs from all of us.
One thing that is so wonderful about our community is how supportive everyone is. WE all understand the devastation that is felt when a beloved companion goes OTRB but there are many who don't.

Just take the time you need to grieve. Brian said it correctly. One day you're smiling and the next day (or minute), you're sobbing. The CB is the best support group you can have.
We were in your shoes just last month. It's so hard to lose a furry!
